Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with our product, please contact us immediately and we will gladly work with you to solve any problem. Returns of non-customized furniture will be accepted within 30 days of you receiving your piece. Full refunds (less shipping fees) will be issued if merchandise is returned in original condition. Refunds will be sent in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. We ask that your return be shipped back in its original packing material and container. Returns must be insured for their full value.

Should our furniture fail at any time during the lifetime of the original owner because of workmanship or material, we will repair or replace it.
