MISSION OAK
Quartersawn lumber is cut to reveal the distinctive tiger oak pattern. Utilization of a stain of one color and a glaze of a contrasting color accents its exquisite grain. This type of finish is often seen on finer pieces of the craftsman era. |

GOLDEN OAK
Quartersawn oak has a pronounced grain configuration called ray fleck. It is finished in a glowing rich golden color producing a luminescent look. |

CHERRY
Most individuals visualize cherry with a reddish brown color. This comes with time. The freshly cut heartwood is usually light amber, but then matures to a rich, reddish brown patina within months. Its fine grain and smooth texture makes cherry one of North America's finest and highly prizes woods. |
